Job announcement Building & Grounds Utility Worker Job Description
Under general supervision performs routine custodial duties and specialized grounds maintenance; operates and services mechanical systems, and performs related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in custodial, gardening, grounds, maintenance, or related work.
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
Must maintain a valid California driver's license. Class A desirable, Pesticide Applicators License with proper endorsements desirable.
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment:
DOJ and FBI Criminal Background Check
TB Test within the last 60 days (Education Code 49406, Assembly Bill 1667)
Complete district Mandated Reporter training, Sexual Harassment, etc.
Pre-Employment Physical Evaluation conducted through the District (Minimum 50 pounds)
